Protected Health Information (PHI) collected in connection with prescription orders is handled in accordance with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided separately to patients and prescribers at the point of service.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to licensed healthcare providers and adults seeking medical weight loss treatment under physician supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
